After a successful pilot at ideally 3 sites (never less than 2), an organization will have learnings and results. Hopefully, through the process of implementing the pilot sites, successful outcomes have already been shared across all other sites. The next stage of spread and adoption, should weigh such factors as greatest opportunity to improve patient outcomes, challenges facing the frontline caregivers, identified early adopters, ease of implementation/adoption, and, last but not least, the site’s readiness to adopt.
