I think keeping the patient and users in mind is vital. Alignment and seamless workflow across technologies is important. When multiple technologies (virtual nurse, virtual sitter, nurse call systems, etc) are in place and they don’t function well together and support workflows, it may have unintended consequences for patients and users.
